While not every order can be returned, replaced, or exchanged, it's my commitment to give you peace of mind with every purchase you place with Lightslada, and know that my goal is that you are happy and able to enjoy every item you purchase.
I put a lot of care into packaging each order with love, but sometimes things happen in transit that is out of my control. If you received a package and your candle is damaged and unable to be enjoyed, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the product and the box (to show any damage), and I will work with you to resolve the situation making sure your order is taken care of. Please make sure to submit this information within 72 hours of receiving your order.
